The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring and close to the beach. The service, unfortunately, could use some improvement with a lackluster manner overall. But the location makes up for it, offering easy access to the Cala Gran cocktail bar and a major supermarket where you can find great deals compared to hotel prices. Dining had varieties; however, the salad options were a letdown. Despite some downsides, I enjoyed the well-maintained pool area for a relaxing time.
